That Ancestral Grave

I was heading home for the New Year when Uncle Huang Er stopped me on the bridge at the village entrance. He told me there was once a grave...

I thought he was just giving me a bit of general knowledge, but I never expected him to awaken my Yin-Yang constitution.

Even the ordinary people in this little mountain village had become anything but ordinary!

I thought that once I returned to the city, all of this would be behind me. But after an accident, I became a young master again, the respectable kind, of course.

What surprised me even more was that my Yin-Yang constitution was like the flesh of Tang Sanzang: plenty of people wanted to get their hands on me.

And the ones who weren't human wanted me even more.

I also learned a transmigration incantation called the Seven Treasures Reincarnation Seal:

Gold wrapped in jade, an ancient immortal's bones, twin gourds growing from one vine, a mountain-rattling pestle; Tai Sui hide, pipe ash, Yin and Yang piled high upon the body!

But I had no desire to transmigrate!

But circumstances left me no choice. I nearly died because of the Huang family's ancestral grave, so I had no choice but to set out on this path.

The road ahead was rough, but thankfully my ex-wife was my protective spirit scout, so I wasn't quite as afraid.
