(This isn't a power fantasy, and the pacing is fairly slow. I may revise it as I write. There is no CP for now; I'm aiming for an ensemble cast.)
Qingyang is one of the Six Malefic Stars. Its energy transforms into punishment, leaving one without the support of family. It is an ill-fated star that brings bloodshed and disaster.
Ten-year-old Shen Xiao was born in Luohé Village. Branded a jinx because of a prophecy that "Qingyang has entered his fate," he endured cold stares and bullying. By chance, he rescued Lin Xuanzhi, the leader of the Xuanji Sect, who had been trapped for a century.
Lin Xuanzhi sent his disciples Chu Ye and Lin Yun down the mountain to find him and bring Shen Xiao back to Tianxuan Mountain, where he was given the new name "Shen Lingheng." From then on, he embarked on the path of cultivation, learning swordsmanship and talismans. But with the fate of the Qingyang Star upon him, he drew the pursuit of Nether Path cultivators and the schemes of the Ghost God Sect, while becoming entangled in ancient formations and secrets of the Three Realms.
