I Won Over My Idol with My Online Skills

[A heartwarming, sweet campus romance + secret crush + mutual devotion + long-planned love + healing and redemption + two top students + a big bad wolf and a little white rabbit]

Lu Jingnian is the untouchable campus heartthrob at S University. He has rejected countless confessions, and everyone thinks he’ll graduate alone.

When Xu Qiang takes the initiative to pursue him, her classmates say she’s just another hard-headed fool.

Everyone waits for her to hit a wall, calling her presumptuous.

But a month later, someone sees the aloof Lu Jingnian carrying a freshman on his back through a downpour. His voice is hoarse as he tells her, “Don’t step in the rain. Step on me.”

Everyone is stunned: The campus heartthrob has finally fallen?

Passerby 1: The campus heartthrob cried in her arms today.

Passerby 2: He cried and begged her not to leave him.

Xu Qiang has always thought she won over her campus-heartthrob boyfriend by following tips from Baidu.

That is, until after they marry, when she finds these words in Lu Jingnian’s diary:

The person I fell for at first sight had already won everything from me.

After all these years, you and I were destined to meet again.

Only then does she understand: when two people who love each other deeply end up together, it’s because they had both been planning it all along.
