After transmigrating to the Tang dynasty, Li An hopes for a thousand acres of good farmland, a few beautiful wives, and a life of leisure. Instead, he gets bound to a ridiculous System: defying imperial orders makes him stronger!
Li An: “I really don’t want to defy the emperor...”
“Congratulations on successfully defying an imperial order! The emperor is displeased. Reward: potato and chili seeds, plus farming techniques!”
“Congratulations on successfully defying an imperial order! The Son of Heaven is furious. Reward: Lü Bu’s martial spirit, unrivaled beneath the heavens!”
“Congratulations on successfully defying an imperial order! The emperor is enraged. Reward: an AK-47, airplanes, cannons, and the instructions to make them!”
Li An: “Now that’s what I’m talking about!”
