[Traditional cultivation story + high starting point for the protagonist + not an ordinary-mortal story + expansive worldbuilding]
Failed Ascension: Beating Up the Ancient Monsters of the Immortal Realm
Lin Yi finally became the supreme ruler of the mortal realm.
He set off alone on the path to immortality!
Watching as lightning rolled down from the heavens,
he unleashed every divine ability at his disposal to fight back.
Who could have known that a gigantic hand of thunder would suddenly appear in the sky,
crushing Lin Yi to pieces in an instant?
In his final moments, Lin Yi murmured,
“Are there immortals in this world? If so, why stop those below from ascending and becoming immortals?”
“Who is manipulating the Three Realms, preventing anyone from ascending?”
What's going on? Finished by force? What I watched before is still being updated, but what I watched today is finished.
