The Demon Buddha's Journey to the West

He was powerful, heartless, cold, extreme, and stubborn.

He captured the Green and White Snakes to help himself overcome his lust.

He journeyed west to obtain the scriptures, not to spread the faith, but to debate the Dao with Tathagata.

He took all three of his disciples into his golden alms bowl and used them as summoned beasts.

When the gods let demons run rampant in the mortal world, he stormed the Celestial Court to teach the gods how to behave.

This is the story of a fanatic debating the Dao with gods and sweeping through Journey to the West.
