After reading "Reshaping the Mind" by teacher Li Zhongying, I really know very little about the body-mind-spirit section, and I don't have much contact with it, so when I read this book, I was constantly surprised: Wow! It turns out it can still be like this! It turns out that we can communicate like this, it turns out that this is how our brains work...
However, after reading this book for the first time, I don't know why - maybe because of my uneasy mind - I didn't apply it to my life. It was forgotten in the corner of my bookcase, and its contents were forgotten. In the past two years, in addition to learning theoretical knowledge, in terms of practical operations, I have run a small B&B and participated in women's co-creation projects. Although I have failed, I have gained a lot. After learning yoga and meditation, I have insisted on practicing every day for more than 330 days, and I am still continuing. I have read some different types of books, including psychology, philosophy, business, and novels.
Perhaps because of the foreshadowing of these previous experiences, when I reread this book this time, I was baptized by the content in the book and gained a deeper understanding.
Why are you always unhappy in life? This book answers readers' questions and teaches them how to be the masters of emotions, fully enjoy and fully own positive emotions, and properly handle negative emotions; for example, using the working rules of the brain and using the subconscious mind to guide us to believe that we have the ability and direction to solve problems. Establish a harmonious belief system, improve your thoughts and practices on similar things, resolve inner conflicts/continuously affirm yourself by creating opportunities.
This book helps us reshape our minds so that we can learn to adjust ourselves when bad emotions occur and learn to generate positive emotions on our own. In life, we are often defeated by our own emotions. For example, we may think that we dare not be good and are unwilling to accept challenges, or we may fall into a low state due to sudden sadness. This book teaches us to develop a positive thinking mode, use our brains to resolve inner conflicts, and deal with negative emotions.

"Things never put pressure on us; pressure comes from our judgment and reaction to things. Emotions never come from someone's words and deeds or changes in the environment, but from our attitude towards these issues, that is, our beliefs, values and rules." When I saw this sentence, I was even more convinced that things themselves will not be different. The reason why everyone will have different states and results when facing the same thing is just because everyone has different beliefs and values when facing this matter. Theoretically, as long as you are strong enough, nothing in this world can deprive you of your happiness.

Very practical, highly recommended
It's so well written and explains many things very clearly.
This book is very interesting! It teaches us how to control our emotions and helps us become more confident! I especially hate people who complain all the time, and this book also talks about how to deal with them. I think this book is a bit similar to "Human Weaknesses", both of which allow us to better understand ourselves and others. Moreover, I think Mr. Li Zhongying is like a psychology master in the book, and can give us a lot of practical suggestions!
Very good book
