I stayed up late to read it. It has been a long time since I came across a book that made me stay up late to read. The content is rich, the plot is engaging, and the scenery is stunning.
Some things never change, life, keep moving forward. Just like this, it's like a car driving at high speed. The strong wind blows your hair back. You are still looking at the rearview mirror intently, but the car has already made a big turn. Sadness and joy are intertwined. I can only put them all in my pocket and move on.
I really like Christine Hannah's works. The first book I read was "Firefly Alley". She is really amazing. Her writing is delicate and her descriptions are just right. I really like it. A while ago, there was a passage in the mid-term English listening test about a person who went to buy a book. The title and author of the book were "Four Sides of Wind" (a new book published in 2021) and Christine Hannah [shy]. When I heard it, my heart skipped a beat. I was very excited.
Delicate scenery and psychological description, the depth of loneliness, the belief in love, and the beautiful ending. Excellent work!
Attracted by the storyline, loneliness is a thought and feeling that cannot be explained to outsiders. The ending is good, the lovers finally get married. The characters are real, the scenery is magnificent, and the emotions are delicate.
