The plot of this book is so exciting! The author Ling Huaxue is very good at describing the emotional entanglements between characters. I especially liked the scenes between Wei Wanqiu and Ke Hongan in the book, especially Wei Wanqiu's sad monologue, which made me feel both distressed and admired for her. The whole story is full of house fighting wits and emotional twists and turns, and is well worth reading.
