This "Chinese Home Baking Book" is really great! It is like my little baking angel, and every pastry in it makes me drool. I especially like what is mentioned in the book, "To enjoy baking is to enjoy the wonderful feeling it brings." This sentence really speaks to my heart. Every time I see the delicious bread and cakes I made, I feel a great sense of accomplishment! Moreover, the steps in the book are very detailed, so even a baking novice like me can easily learn them. However, I kind of hate that "little deer" who is always causing trouble, it makes my heart beat faster every time!
