The Detective Across the Road

If being a misfit means:

Not currying favor with power,

Not sucking up to money,

Not going along with the crowd,

Not blindly following what everyone says,

Not bowing to the powerful or bending before the overbearing,

Daring to speak up in the face of injustice,

Daring to take action when things are unfair, and refusing to be life’s doormat,

Then I’m a misfit.
