In the text: I think that if I want to use useful talents, I should not go outside the scope and let them engage in academics. Zhuge Liang, a minister of the Han Dynasty, said: "Talents must learn, and learning requires knowledge." Gai Zhi Lun, but all talents who want to learn are eager to learn, and they set an example better than me, the emperor, so they can control the foundation of transference. After Emperor Sheng Zuren came to power, he was diligent in learning and asking questions. The Confucian officials gave lectures day by day, regardless of the cold or heat, and the Wanshou Holy Festival was not allowed to stop. The three vassals also continued to use troops. They summoned the courtiers and discussed with them back and forth. Therefore, there were many talented people and many good scholars at that time. These wise sayings are still very reasonable and can be practiced today.

"If you think carefully about the ancient craftsmanship, there are four main reasons for its effectiveness: it is said to be cautious and independent, and the mind will be peaceful. It is said to be respectful, and the body will be strong. It is said to seek benevolence, and people will be happy. It is said to be sincere, and it will be sacred. Those who are cautious and independent will not neglect the subtle, follow the reason, and introspect without guilt, so the heart will be peaceful. The person who is respectful will be neat and solemn on the outside, dedicated and pure on the inside, and will be unremitting in the village, so the body will be strong. The person who seeks benevolence will have a strong body. If you use your heart to nourish your people, you will be self-less, and your friends will be happy. If you think sincerely, your heart will be honest, and your words will be sincere, and you will be sincere and sincere, so the effect of the four will be achieved. I am still thinking about my merits in case of emergencies. "I have benefited a lot from reading it again, and it has a good guiding effect on my life.
