I Want a Kissing Scene!

“Dazed little Best Actress ✖️ Cold on the outside, delightfully unhinged on the inside top agent”

“Both virgins” “One-on-one” “Ridiculously sweet”

The gorgeous, honey-voiced Best Actress Ye keeps running into one absurd mess after another. Did her ancestors rack up some cosmic debt and leave her to take the blame for everything? Dream on!

Her ex-husband, who vanished without a trace, keeps making advances?

“Then I’ll take advantage of a dark, silent night to sneak up and kill him.”

Her cold, sharp-tongued agent squeezes her dry every day?

“Then I’ll steal his mouth when he’s not looking.”

But somehow, the more she steals from him, the more she gets hooked. She can’t stop thinking about kissing, cuddling, and snuggling up to him.

Ye Xi doesn’t understand. She decides to dream up another plan.

Only, she sleeps and sleeps for a very long time.

When she wakes again, the cold-blooded, heartless man has become someone else entirely.

As they whisper sweet nothings cheek to cheek, the puppy’s eyes turn red, his gaze grows dim, and his voice turns hoarse. His dewy eyes can’t hide his deep affection.

His pitiful words conceal a stubborn streak.

“Can I like you?”

“Can’t I...?” The puppy is heartbroken.jpg

“It’s okay.”

“I can like you in secret.”

Ye Xi thinks she’s wounded a sensitive young man’s fragile heart.

Little does she know this is just another one of the older man’s many schemes.

“Men who know how to act cute have the best luck.”

Jian Yi scoffs at his own shameless behavior.

“It’s fine.”

“As long as it works.”

Content note: The heroine’s illness is somewhat like a soul transmigration, but not quite.

The romance between the leads runs deep. The early story focuses on the plot, with little interaction between them and lots of comedy. The male lead only catches on later, then starts getting handsy at every opportunity. He has been plotting this for a long time, while the heroine likes him a little but hasn’t realized it yet, so she doesn’t mind him getting close. Once they finally confess their feelings, it’s all sweetness from then on.
