I don't understand why the male protagonist takes care of that swallow for no reason, risking his life to take care of it, and the plot is too thin. He can do whatever he can, and it can take more than ten chapters to deal with a ghost and an infant.
It's too bad. I saw that old man committing adultery and didn't care about the corpse. If you have other things to do, you can just shout to scare him away. What does it mean to pretend you didn't see him?
