Luo Xinghe has just graduated from the Time Administration Bureau’s correctional division when he obtains the Collapse System. His mission is to erase collapsing worlds and reset them to zero. Unfortunately, Mo Chenfei, a powerful figure from another Time Administration Bureau, has finally waited out years of seclusion for the Restoration System to come back online. Once he completes one last mission, he can retire and enjoy the good life.

The crazed big shot, working diligently to finish his mission and retire, gets taken out again and again.
