The Spirit-Summoning Paper Effigy Shop

Paper funerary crafts are governed by countless taboos. One small mistake can bring disaster.

Gu Ranran, heir to a paper funerary craft business that was struggling to make ends meet, had only meant to earn a little pocket money. She never expected a petty thief who stole one of her paper offerings to change her life.

A child in a coffin, a charred corpse in the City of the Wrongfully Dead, a college student whose face was skinned, a little ghost inside a bead bracelet… These cases completely overturned her understanding of human nature.

Si Nan: “Such an imposing young lady. You even expect your lifesaver to open the door for himself.”

Gu Ranran: “Good proportions, handsome but not effeminate. If he were a ghost, he’d be a handsome one.”
