The era that the protagonist travels through is before the Rebellion of the Eight Kings, so the early stage is more focused on farming. The Rebellion of the Eight Kings will be written about later, but it will be a different Rebellion of the Eight Kings. The protagonist is wearing a suit, so some plots have to be explained. The first part is a bit slow, but please believe that the later part will be more exciting.
This book has a novel concept and is fascinating to read. It tells a series of efforts made by the protagonist to prevent the Rebellion of the Eight Kings.
The storyline is quite attractive. It is the best Jin Dynasty novel I have ever read. Good luck to the author.
