I feel pretty good, and I feel that Akainu is so good to the protagonist, probably because he is a genius marine, so he has no ill will toward him. If he has ill will towards Luffy, it should be because he is a pirate, and if he has ill will, then the relationship with Garp will naturally not be good.

It's pretty good-looking, but CP9 is not something owned by the Navy and is reversed.
I watched it to the end in one go, which took nearly an hour, and I felt it was okay.
It's good, but it's just too little. When the author wrote about the war on the top, he remembered to write more about Luffy and the others. After all, they are the protagonists of this world.
