Life*******

This book has benefited me a lot. It tells us that everyone has an inferiority complex, but this is not shameful, but can become a motivation for moving forward. Adler also pointed out that the meaning of life is to cooperate with others and contribute to society. Some of the ideas in the book gave me a new understanding of life and allowed me to face my own imperfections more calmly. However, I don't like some of the overly theoretical explanations in the book, which feel a bit obscure. Overall, this is a book worth reading.

I didn't understand some parts. But all this is based on equality. But people don't seem to be created equal. Life is not created equal. Only death seems to be equal. I will continue to sort out my thoughts. I have gained a lot of insights and decided to make some changes.
