I Have a Sword That Can Steady the World!

At the entrance to a small town, a man in a pale robe asked the young man before him:

“Why do you carry a sword?”

The young man looked down at the sword in his hand and replied softly, “For peace under heaven.”

The man in the pale robe pressed him further. “If the world falls into chaos and the people are plunged into misery, what will you do?”

The young man raised his head and looked at the man in the pale robe. “I have a sword of my own that can set the world to rights!”
