The Great Inventor: From the Start, I Invented Cold-Resistant Mosquitoes

This is a world that reveres scientific research. Bai Xingjian works tirelessly, researching and experimenting in hopes of earning a spot at the Academy of Sciences’ technology exhibition.

At last! He invents cold-resistant mosquitoes! That means that from now on, there won’t just be mosquitoes in summer. There’ll be mosquitoes in winter, too!

But his experiment seems to have gone a little off track. He accidentally invents a cold-resistant technology that alters the genes of living things. From now on, fruit and flowers can flourish in winter, too?

When mosquitoes grow fur to withstand the cold, he develops a hair-growth potion.

He sets out to create a gene drug that gives people wings, but ends up making severed limbs grow back.

It’s still scientific research, and the goal is clear enough. So why do the results keep veering off course?
