She transmigrates into a farming family. Good farmland? None!
A proper home? None!
So what does she have? Su Huaiyue looks at the little tagalong before her and lets out a long sigh. “Heavens, do you have to make life so hard?” But none of that matters. Getting her spirits in order, Su Huaiyue sets out to make a living with two children in tow. She farms, plants rice, grows lotus flowers, and even diagnoses people’s ailments in her spare time. The silver coins keep pouring into her pocket!
Reality, however, is far from the rosy picture she imagined. Staring at her completely deserted little stall, Su Huaiyue questions her life. “Didn’t everyone say I was a miracle doctor?” So why is no one here?
Just as she wonders where things went wrong, a handsome man appears. “Wife, providing for the family is obviously my job!” he declares, then pulls out a bag of money.
Su Huaiyue is at a loss. What should she do when a stall brings her a hopelessly sweet, foolish man? She is about to send him packing when the man chuckles. Su Huaiyue freezes. “Why does he look like that idiot she married?”
