In her previous life, she gave her whole heart to the wrong man, obeying the scoundrel without question. She endured humiliation and bided her time at the new emperor’s side, using the tyrant’s love for her to win the throne for the man she loved.
She thought the worst was over and better days had finally come. But on her wedding night, her half-sister brought her a cup of poisoned wine and the devastating news that her entire family had been wiped out. She died in her bridal chamber just like that.
Reborn with the memories of her previous life, she secretly vowed to make every one of those faithless people meet a miserable end! Crushing the scoundrel, battling the concubines, and killing her half-sister: everything was part of her plan.
But she never expected that, not long after being reborn, she would once again be pursued by the tyrant from her previous life!
Had she been enemies with him in her last life?
It seems she really had…
Maybe he is a new author. I personally feel that the pace is a bit fast in the early stage. I think the plot that introduces the origin of the male and female protagonists can be pushed back a little. The overall pace is slower (maybe I have read too much of the slow pace). The character creation is okay. Well, just the male protagonist. I can try to describe the specific cruelty in the front (mainly because I have only read about 10 chapters 🤦). Overall, it is okay. I should be able to read it.
Ah, is this the end? Is there any follow-up? I don't want it to end like this. I love you but it's not too hurtful. It's hard to calm down.
