Cooking Up the Great Tang

Meng Fan, a culinary school graduate, transmigrates to the prosperous Tang Dynasty. He can whip up all kinds of delicious dishes with ease.

He opens restaurants, starts factories, makes army rations, and establishes a bank. Before he knows it, he has become the richest man in the Tang Empire.

His success in business leads him into politics. He establishes the Divine Machine Battalion, builds cannons, defeats Tuyuhun, and conquers Goguryeo. He is unstoppable.

Having achieved unmatched merit and risen to the highest position, he is asked by Emperor Taizong, “How will you govern the realm?” Meng Fan replies, “Governing a great nation is like cooking a small fish!”
