Ye Su, the Witch of the Desolate Wastes, was forced to bind herself to a socialist, cheerful child-rearing System. The System had no combat ability and did nothing but hold her back all day. To make matters worse, every child she raised turned out to be a little oddball!
Yet, during her decisive battle to the death against the Lord of Heaven, Ye Su accidentally saved her sworn enemy’s life. After breaking through the encirclement while gravely wounded, she unexpectedly found a human toddler. That was when the child-rearing System’s main quest began: being forced to share the pain, they had no choice but to stick together.
So she had to raise the child while taking on major tasks. But the longer she raised this kid, the more she realized something seemed off…
Isn’t this the sworn enemy everyone in the cultivation world agrees she has?
I personally prefer this type of book, because it does not think about things from a decent perspective, but from the true inner thoughts of a villain. It also depicts the delicate inner emotions in detail, allowing me to empathize with them. Does the author still remember that your original intention was to be funny? 😫
