Human psychology is very subtle, intangible and invisible, but it is present in every corner of life. Understanding psychology allows us to understand ourselves more clearly, to know the psychological motivations behind certain behaviors, to infer other people's inner thoughts through their words and deeds, to get along better with ourselves and others, and to effectively regulate our emotions and behaviors. This book quotes a large number of psychological concepts, uses rich cases, and humorous explanations to provide readers with an easy read in a fragmented reading mode, helping readers to easily get started with psychology.

After reading this, I am now a thoughtful salted fish.
Many of the patterns or phenomena we encounter in daily life are just that we don't know what they are called or what their effects are. You can learn about it through this book, and then understand it in more detail and how to deal with it. It is a more practical book.
This book is very interesting and explains in a simple and easy-to-understand way many strange phenomena in life, such as why we like or dislike certain people. Moreover, Misu's writing style is very humorous, making people feel like chatting with friends. However, I kind of hate the fortune teller in the book. I always feel that he is lying😒. Overall, this is a very practical introductory book on psychology and worth reading😄.

It feels like it's therapeutic ㅍ_ㅍ
It sets different aspects of daily life into a single chapter and describes some psychological phenomena through concise language. However, some of the examples given are not very accurate. If you want to know a little bit, you can read it.
