This book decodes the psychological problems and physiological confusions of adolescent girls, draws on the experience of thousands of typical tutoring cases, listens to parent-child education experts teach communication skills, and understands children's psychology. Parents should know more about psychology and physiology, and master how to communicate with their children, so that girls can understand themselves objectively and grow up healthily. Puberty is an important time for every girl to transition from child to mature woman. Girls who have just entered puberty will be curious, confused, and at a loss about the changes in their bodies. At this time, girls urgently need a caring physiology teacher to answer their questions. This book starts from the common problems of adolescent girls in daily life, tells them about the physiological knowledge and body secrets of puberty, and gives them careful guidance, so that girls can learn to care for and protect their bodies, and then spend the stormy adolescence healthily and happily.
Reader comments
This book can only be considered a good one. Even if you say it is good, it is not all useful information. If you say it is not good, it does have some useful knowledge and information for you. This book tells a lot of little knowledge about girls' menstrual periods: how to deal with acne in adolescence; what causes breast swelling and pain in adolescent girls; why there is leucorrhea; what attitude should be held towards the opposite sex in adolescence; etc. (I think it is relatively useful)
Wow, this book seems very good! It specifically answers questions about body changes for adolescent girls, and also teaches us how to protect ourselves. However, I hate the awkward questions in it the most. It would be nice if it could be more interesting. I liked the part about the physical changes during puberty and found it very useful. In short, this book should be very helpful to adolescent girls.
