The Rise of Crosstalk: One Song About Tong Ren Tang Stuns the Crowd

Nowadays, it seems some people in the crosstalk world advocate learning without a teacher. They think the script is what matters most. Two people get their hands on a script and are onstage three days later. You say one line, I say another, and once we've finished, that's that. This isn't a performance; it's just reciting lines. After they perform, the radio station hears about it and rushes over to record and film them. Once the recording is done and broadcast, the two of them stop performing, because nobody listens anymore. This kind of art has no life in it. It proves that learning without a teacher doesn't work. To learn an art, first, you need someone to guide you; second, you need to work hard. I have a third option: the System.
