Reborn: In Gotham, Starting by Arresting the Joker

Gotham is a world ruled by capital and materialism, with an extremely high crime rate. People even mock it with the reverse saying: “Gotham City, where the people are simple and honest; Arkham, where talent is everywhere.”

Ma Boluo, a young man raised on the finest traditions of Chinese culture and possessing the Four Virtues, is reborn in Gotham as a junior police officer. He can no longer put up with the city’s chaos!

Hating evil with a passion, he decides to put an end to Gotham’s disorder and plant the banner of China’s finest traditions in every corner of the city!

Ma Boluo secretly swears: “I am sworn enemies with crime! I’ll catch them all, from mosquitoes to elephants! Whether you’re the Joker or the Penguin, there’s only one way out: behind bars!”
