I gave it four stars because I think there are some shortcomings. First of all, the author's literary talent is very good and he quotes many famous quotes. It can be seen that the author is very educated and has read many books. There are many well-written sentences in the article, which I think can be excerpted for accumulation. The whole article feels like a complete paper. Maybe I think it's a bit too much to draw on other people's opinions. Too little of the author's own thinking will make people feel a little flashy and boring to read.
This book is very real. The author uses his own personal experience to describe the process of fighting depression, which is easy for people to relate to. I really like the self-psychological analysis part of the book, and I can see how the author worked hard to get out of depression. Moreover, the author can come out of a bad family of origin and achieve so many achievements, which is really amazing! Her story also makes me believe that no matter what difficulties we encounter, we can become better through our own efforts.
