What Does the Tao Te Ching Say?

I like this book so much. I really like to read Chinese classical books like the Tao Te Ching, which are very classical and philosophical. He who understands others is wise; he who understands himself is wise. Being able to defeat others proves your strength, and those who can defeat yourself are powerful. Only by persisting in following the "Tao" can one have great ambitions. Only by not losing your spiritual home can your existence last longer. Only those whose body dies but whose spirit lives on will truly live a long life.

The explanations are easy to understand, and many of the viewpoints and examples are profound and unique. It is the best and most accurate interpretation and translation of the Tao Te Ching I have ever seen. There are many places that I did not understand before through Teacher Han's analysis and examples. From the wisdom shown, it is the truth to simplicity, one sentence of true transmission, etc. It can be understood. Of course, it is too colloquial. It may be to keep all the speeches of Teacher Han. The only shortcoming is that the editing is not smooth and coherent in some places.

Laozi's "Tao Te Ching" expounds the core thoughts and philosophical views of Taoism in concise and profound language. The author gives a detailed account of the views and knowledge in the Tao Te Ching. "Tao Te Ching" emphasizes the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, man and society, advocates putting morality first, emphasizes moral principles and norms, and pursues inner peace and a life attitude of doing nothing.
