The Taoist Who Makes a Case

Grand Tutor Jun had a son in his old age. Because a highly respected monk predicted that his only son would face a terrible calamity, he gave the Grand Tutor a ring to avert it. Grand Tutor Jun eventually forgot about the ring... He doted on his only son, Jun Wuji, so much that the boy lived up to his name, fearing nothing and holding nothing back. He was reckless and arrogant, yet also extremely calculating... After winning first place in the imperial examinations, he was dragged down by a useless teammate. The emperor flew into a rage, and his entire family was thrown into the imperial prison... Then he was caught up in the power struggle between Prince Ning and the crown prince. Greed knows no bounds, like a snake trying to swallow an elephant. He was handed a cup of poisoned wine, and his soul scattered... A few days later, a man called the Three-Clap Taoist appeared out of nowhere...
