"The Legend of Pipa" is mainly adapted from the Song Dynasty play "Zhao Zhennu Cai Erlang". The book describes how Cai Bojie achieved fame and married a prime minister's daughter; although he missed his parents and his wife at home, he was entangled in the affairs of the capital and could not go home; his wife Zhao Wuniang tried her best to serve her parents-in-law. Later, when the two elders passed away, she carried the pipa as a keepsake with Cai Bojie and traveled thousands of miles to find her husband. Fortunately, Cai Bojie's new wife, Niu, was gentle and kind. In the end, Zhao Wuniang and Cai Bojie reunited, and the couple returned to their hometown to rebury the two elders of the Cai family.

I especially like the character Zhao Wuniang. Her tenacity and kindness are touching. The plot twists and turns of this book were like a roller coaster, making my mood rise and fall along with it. Moreover, there are introductory articles by experts in the book to help me understand the story better. I think this book is like a treasure, and I can make new discoveries every time I read it. Recommended to friends who like ancient literature!
The story is good, but many people may not understand it. It would be nice if there were comments. I really enjoyed reading it.
