This book is so real, it feels like it's telling stories about people around you. The images of community workers in the book are very vivid, reminding me of some of my relatives and friends who are also serving at the grassroots level, which is not easy. Although Lao Hetou's training method was unexpected, it also made me understand that understanding the needs and conditions of residents is the first step to doing good community work.
