Tang Yun is unquestionably one of the most powerful figures in the underground world today. While carrying out a mission, he is framed and dragged into an international conflict. The Blood Empress, the most powerful evil leader in the Kingdom of Chu, puts a bounty on his head. With no other choice, he retires and returns to his hometown, Zhonghai, to lie low while secretly investigating who was behind the plot against him. Tang Yun recuperates in a villa he secretly bought in Zhonghai. There, he runs into his former dream girl, who is being evicted by her landlord and harassed by a suitor. Tang Yun steps in, shows off, and serves up a satisfying face-slapping comeback, then rents a room in the villa to the woman of his dreams.
