When I clicked in, I thought it was a supernatural genre. Halfway through, I realized it was a suspense genre. In the second half, it changed to a science fiction genre, but it turned out to be a fantasy genre. The first half is relatively light and daily, and from the last quarter onwards the plot is fast-paced and intense. I have never read this kind of novel. The setting is relatively novel. You can give it a try.
Not a horror novel, but a very typical adventure novel with Cthulhu elements. An ordinary social animal meets another group of social animals and explores the secrets of his house together.
