Eighteen-year-old Zhou Quan, a short-lived soul, was reborn in the world of One Piece!
With the fate of a jinx, he was abandoned by his parents in the East Blue as a baby.
Fortune finally smiled on him when the Marine hero Garp took him in and named him Monkey D. Riel. He became Garp’s adopted grandson and the adopted son of Dragon, the world’s most notorious criminal.
While living on Mount Colubo, he met Ace, Sabo, and Luffy. The four swore brotherhood, and Zhou Quan became the eldest brother as they formed the RASL squad!
Somehow, Riel wound up with the most powerful connections in the world. His grandfather was a top-tier Marine hero, his father was the leader of the Revolutionary Army, the world’s fourth great hidden force, his second brother Ace was the second division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates and their heir, his third brother Sabo was the Revolutionary Army’s second-in-command, and his fourth brother Luffy was the chosen one, destined to become the man who would be King of the Pirates!
Despite his incredible connections, Riel didn’t plan to slack off and coast through life, because he knew that true strength was what mattered. He didn’t want to hide away in the tiny East Blue!
To change his brother Ace’s fate, Riel chose to work hard and grow stronger!
