This book is simply tailor-made for "red fans" like me! Mr. Gao Yang's writing power is so powerful. He perfectly combines Cao Xueqin's story with the world of "Dream of Red Mansions". I felt like I had walked into the Grand View Garden and witnessed with my own eyes the rise and fall of the Jia family and Bao Daichai's love entanglement. Moreover, this book also gave me a deeper understanding of "Dream of Red Mansions". It turns out that there are so many stories behind the eras and events that Cao Xueqin kept taboo on.
