Overall, it is a very depressing and even a bit annoying tragedy to read. When an individual sympathizes with the monster's misfortune, he or she cannot help but feel condemnation of Victor. In fact, I always feel that Victor had many ways to remedy the situation before the tragedy, such as not escaping in advance after creating the monster and imprisoning and destroying the monster, telling the truth to the people close to him, trying to transform it, etc. It shouldn't be difficult to do this as Victor. But it seems to be due to Victor's timid, selfish and slightly contradictory mentality? Victor's method of coping always seemed very strange. The verbal rejection, psychological revenge, and helplessness in reality also further led to the ending of the story to a complete tragedy.
