"Dietotherapeutic Materia Medica" is my country's first dietary therapy monograph and the earliest dietary therapy monograph in the world. It not only reflects the experience of dietary therapy before the Tang Dynasty in a relatively systematic and comprehensive manner, but also records many of his own experiences and insights in dietary therapy.
