During a military exercise, the airborne company commander Tang Siqiang was ordered to perform a reconnaissance mission. Unexpectedly, the reconnaissance opportunity encountered strong electromagnetic hail and the plane crashed. After parachuting, Tang Siqiang and Zhong Zhenguo found themselves back in 1937 during the Anti-Japanese War. In line with their duties as Chinese soldiers, the two men decided to rise up to fight the enemy, and hoped that through their advantages from the 21st century, they could change the course of the war and save the motherland from suffering.
