Tales of Demons

When the four great primordial beasts escaped the wilderness and wreaked havoc on the human world, the Queen Mother of the West sent the tree spirit Yingniang down from the heavens to subdue them.

Taking human form, Yingniang opened a restaurant in the mortal world called Floating Life House.

She subdued several little demons who were enamored with human life, and they helped her in the kitchen.

They witnessed all the love and hate, joy and sorrow, life and death, and resentment of the human world.

The affairs of people and demons are all part of the mortal world.

Behind every twist-filled, fantastical tale lies a reflection of the seven emotions and six desires of humanity.

People can be good or bad, and demons are no different.

Sometimes demons are kinder than people.

Sometimes people are more frightening than demons.
