Are There Any Novels Like Higashino Keigo?
In addition to "The Devotion of Suspect X" (I have read this one), are there any others, such as "White Night" or "Platinum Data"? If it doesn't work, then just suspense and reasoning. Is there any?

It is much better than the shoddy domestic online novels - every pitfall is filled. In addition, the translation is very good, and it vividly conveys the taste of the Japanese - from the scenes to the characters. I only gave it four stars because I don't like reading suspense detective novels.
I haven't read many of Higashino Keigo's books. In "The Devotion of Suspect But in the Mask series, Mr. Keigo Higashino began to become kinder. After the mystery is revealed, some warm little foreshadowings are left, and even many romantic plots are paved for Arata and Naomi, the crime-solving couple. Love is shown in the book "Masked Night". The rhythm of solving the case and the suspenseful answers all ushered in the final explosion in the hotel dance of "Masked Night". However, when you know that the mystery is about to be revealed, the pace suddenly slows down, telling you not to worry. The motivation for doing things in life is nothing more than love and hate, so don't be impatient.
Keigo Higashino, I have always liked to read his mystery novels. This one seems to be the most ordinary one, with no twists and turns and no ups and downs in the plot, but it is also the crime closest to life. Real crimes do not have so many so-called "back stories" with climaxes.
It's much better than Masked Hotel, but every time I see Shang Mei's flash of inspiration, I feel like I'm watching Conan. When I saw the murderer explaining why he set up such a big plot at the end, I was sure that this was Detective Conan. Ps: When will the new work be released? This series is quite interesting and it won't end abruptly just because Shang Mei went to the United States.
I've read a lot of Keigo Higashino's books, and this one is probably not that amazing! It's really hard to read at the beginning, but towards the end it arouses curiosity and makes people more motivated to read on. The story mainly unfolds with two main lines: the hotel waiter Shang Mei accepts the problems of various customers and the police detective who lurks in the hotel after receiving a report. The Mask series focuses on highlighting the interactions between people in modern society, and many of them are based on masks created by themselves. The Cortesia Hotel is used to allude to the entire society, with all kinds of people wearing all kinds of masks. However, the first half of the novel was too protracted, and I always felt that the ending was a bit rushed. Several buried clues were not dealt with thoroughly, including the experience of Morizawa's sister and Morizawa's subsequent family situation. I don't know if it was intentional or if it was not important. They were mentioned very little, but it still made me curious. In addition, Morizawa's psychological turn in cross-dressing was also a bit abrupt. I didn't know whether it was because he suddenly discovered his transgender tendency or simply because of the excitement of sharing a secret with his sister. When people live in the world, there will always be various masks, and it is understandable that they wear them when dealing with different people; however, the people under these masks must be able to avoid harming others and not endangering society. Only such a mask will be respected.
The wonderful thing about this book is that when I read it, everyone felt like a murderer. At the end, there was no particularly big twist, but it was unexpected and full of details. I loved it.
I really like it. I just watched "Masked Hotel" and watched this one. It feels like I'm watching a TV series. However, I still can't get over the "new" CP of Naomi and Nitta. I didn't express my opinion on the last book. This one actually went abroad. I hope there will be a follow-up.
I have admired the name for a long time, but this is the first book I read by him. The content is really exciting. I watched Shang Mei's several missions with great interest; the life and death rescue scene in Xintian Church was very exciting. The little regret at the end is also very thought-provoking... Looking forward to the sequel
The night of the masquerade is full of murderous intent. This book, one of Higashino's Mask Hotel series, is on the same stage again, with guests with ulterior motives in a five-star hotel. The layout of this novel is wonderful in that the finale is set at a dance where everyone gathers; the real culprit of the serial murder case is so blatant that he appears all the time. Now it is not noticed from the reader's perspective; whether it is from the character setting or the motive of the murder, as well as the occurrence and development of the plot, the coming of the climax and the final dust falling, this is a typical Keigo Higashino style suspense. Mitsuru Morisawa, this charming murderer, really left a deep impression on me.

Keigo Higashino is a famous Japanese mystery novelist. I have read his "White Night Journey", "The Devotion of Suspect X", etc. Before. His writing style is very attractive to me. I was also full of expectations for this "Masked Night", and the result was not disappointing. "Night of the Mask" takes readers into the tense rhythm of solving the case with the murder of a single woman in her apartment. In the first two-thirds of the novel, the plot is laid out, and various characters appear one after another. The reader has no idea who the murderer is. It seems that everyone seems to be suspicious, but it seems that they are not. The reader also doesn't know what the motive for the murder was. It is not until the last third of the novel that the real climax begins. After many thrilling plot twists, the case finally comes to light. Readers can't help but applaud Higashino Keigo's writing ideas.
I have watched the Mask series from the beginning, in order: Night Before the Mask, Mask Hotel, and finally Mask Night. I feel that the excitement is also the most exciting in Mask Night. I have already recommended it to my friends. I have only watched Mask Night before and thought it was so exciting. This time I really feel that it is the most exciting in the trilogy. Of course, the best is saved for the end!
Tomato, Qiuqiu, add some more books by Keigo Higashino
Just using a hotel as the scene can make people feel like they are trapped in a maze. At first, I thought that as a waiter, the reasoning process would be boring if I always dressed casually. The logic is rigorous, and each scene is described as if it were a movie. I didn't feel mentally exhausted after reading it from beginning to end, but felt very satisfied.
Keigo Higashino is familiar to everyone. The first time I came into contact with him was when I read his "White Night Journey". I was fascinated by his suspenseful writing style. He has been famous in the Chinese reading circle for a long time. This book tells a story with the background of "Masquerade". The protagonist Toru Yokoi in the story is an employee of a commercial company. He met the goddess-like beauty Chiaki Shimamura at the company's ball and started a romantic love story with her. However, at the next few masquerades, Toru Yokoi found that there were two other men pursuing her beside his beloved woman. He was very sad and left angrily. Reading this book you can feel the rich emotions described by the author.
I love Higashino Keigo's books so much, every one of them is eye-catching
Can Arata and Yamagishi start a sequel?

The trilogy is a very good book. Everything is told in a eloquent manner without making people feel abrupt. I really like this kind of novel that uses reasoning in the narrative. I want to thank Mr. Keigo Higashino, a great writer.
It's very exciting, with a completely unexpected murderer and ending, but if you think backwards, it seems like it should be. In addition to the reasoning, the characters in it are very three-dimensional, especially the two service staff. They are so distinct and unique, and the character creation is also great. Regarding the description of the hotel, it feels like it is being taken advantage of, but when I think about the various health news that have recently been released in Japan, it feels so disconnected. Japan in the book is very clean and hygienic, but Japan in reality... [Laughs awkwardly]
I've been out of control since I came across Higashino's books in junior high school. It's been seven years now. His books can inadvertently put people into the characters and follow the plot.

A classic detective novel with a perfect twist. But the most impressive twist is the uncanny valley in Sherlock Holmes. Overall. Keigo Higashino yyds
This can be said to be the first novel by Higashino Keigo that I have read. It is acceptable for a first-time reader, but it is not exciting. I can only say that it is so-so. I will read other novels by Higashino to fully experience the excitement of mystery novels.
Very good work
I really like Yamagishi's character design.
Since "White Night Journey", I have been supporting Keigo Higashino's novels!
This is a writer I like very much. I read every one of his books carefully. Each one gives people a different feeling. It's very good.
Very interesting, the plot is very twisty
