At the end of the Eastern Han dynasty, eunuchs and relatives of the imperial family took turns wielding power. The emperor’s authority collapsed, the Han dynasty weakened by the day, and the people were plunged into misery. After an accidental car crash, Cao Zheng became the adopted son of a bandit with the same name, inherited his stronghold, and activated the Emperor System. He had planned to stay on the mountain until the realm was at peace, then come down and live a quiet life. But as fate would have it, Cao Cao had just failed to assassinate Dong Zhuo, and his own men robbed him. Cao Cao then stayed incognito on the mountain for several months, until one day he said, “Zheng’er, you’re my son! Come home with me!”
