I would like to read a book similar to "The Great Meaning of Surangama (Revised Version)". Real Buddhist classics (regardless of sects) (no novels required)

I am a soulless person, walking around like a dead man. I often go to mental health clinics. The doctor said that I am a schizophrenic patient. Sometimes I am like an idiot, sometimes I am angry, sometimes I am sober, I am in pain and want to live, life is worse than death, I want to die, my parents, brothers and sisters are in pain. My mother said that if you die, we will die too, you will be fine, live for us, even if you do nothing to support you, we cannot give away the white-haired people to the black-haired people, wait until we die, you can say it, for more than ten years. Since I read this book, I have become completely clear-headed. I am obsessed with the devil. I want to kill the devil. I am a follower of Buddha. I want Nirvana and become a Buddha.
Meditation is a method to make our hearts more peaceful than usual. It changes the body's circulatory function and immune status through breathing, allowing us to face life with a different physical and mental state. To practice Zen is to face your original body structure and make a new transformation. In this class, I will share with you the "two entrances" and "four elements" taught by Bodhidharma. This is the most basic thing in meditation. Patriarch Bodhidharma summarized the most central idea of meditation in these few words. The "two entrances" are Li Ru and Xing Ru. First of all, you must have a certain knowledge and understanding of meditation. In other words, why should we meditate? What benefits does meditation have for me? What do I want to achieve?
Judging from the name, this book is not as easy to understand as a casual novel. At first, it was difficult to read it, and I didn't quite understand what it was about. Later, when I gave up my eagerness to find answers in books and learned to calm my mind, I was finally able to quietly read this book word for word. Brewing a pot of tea, lighting a stick of incense, and the word Zen are closely related to many great principles. From following one's heart to sticking to oneself; from being kind to others to integrating knowledge and action. The truth will not be understood all at once, but you need to read it slowly. This book will bring you a different feeling.
This book is a collection, starting from "strengthening one's mind" to "the ten good karma paths", from "cultivating all dharma" to "good observation of the nature of dharma", and finally settling on "unity of knowledge and action". At first glance, it sounds like a very lofty thing, but in this book, the truth behind these topics will be described in easy-to-understand language. I can't say at once how much life insights this book brought me, but after reading this book, I no longer feel anxious, and I also understand how to deal with things that cannot be realized in my heart. This is what I gained from reading this book.
"Heart-Cleaning Zen" tells the story of Master Xianzong who compiled his lifelong study of mind cultivation into this book, telling everyone about his decades of meditation, so that readers can live a more calm life without being so depressed. His book taught me how to grow in life, how to feel life together, feel the gifts of life, and walk towards my own life path. The sentences in this book are rigorous, as if they are vividly written on the page, allowing readers to better understand the cognition and understand the Master's principles.
Listen to and read the book Heart-Cleaning Zen! It really cleanses away the dirt and filth in the body and mind. The more I listen to it, the more I feel the decomposition and relief of people and things in my life. Use Buddha's wisdom to start a new moment every day! Use the wisdom of the middle way to avoid good and evil people and things! Treat people and things with a natural heart, awe, and gratitude. Seize the opportunity to do your own thing! Listen to and read this book every day! There are new feelings every day. Keep a good attitude and listen to this book of wisdom!
A very unique Buddhist meditation book. Master Xianzong integrated his lifelong practice into this set of books to explain the mind-cleansing Zen. After reading it, I gained a lot. The content in the book seems like Master Xianzong is teaching us a lesson, using "we" to refer to the reader and him. It feels like our relationship suddenly becomes closer, and we are more willing to read this book. The content of meditation in the book has benefited me a lot. For people who don't understand it, meditation seems like a strange story. How can a simple emptying out have such an important effect? But after practicing it, I did find that meditation can help me clear my mind, exercise my concentration, and start meditation.
Good-looking, good-looking, good-looking.
Reflect on yourself: I am self-sufficient and don't seek outsiders.
I like it very much and learned a lot
Well written! Learned a lot!
Very good summary, Watch it again. Essential books for meditation.
Very good book
Very well written and very beneficial!
After reading, I will have a better understanding of Buddhism, live the present moment well, be compassionate, and understand that things are impermanent.
Although it is Zen, the short story is easy to understand and inspiring.
It's very well written, but it's a pity that after reading part of it, I left it here to gather dust. Now I'm going to start reading it again, and I'll come back and write my thoughts when the time comes.
