What may be described in a few sentences in history books, no one could have imagined that 150 years of ups and downs would establish the backbone of a nation. The book was pretty good and I finished it in a few days. The whole book is smooth and easy to read, making it a good conversation piece after dinner.
Anyone who offends our strong men will be killed no matter how far away! The author shows this period of history to readers, which reflects his sense of mission.
The writing is humorous and the historical materials are informative. After reading the book, I also gained knowledge.
One hundred and fifty years of fighting against the Huns was indeed great
The book mentioned that "the ones who destroyed China were the Hu people." This sentence made me deeply aware of the threat of the Xiongnu to the Central Plains. However, I also understand the behavior of the Huns. They robbed because they had no property of their own. This book made me think more deeply about history. I recommend it to you!
Easy to understand and very historical
