Tea Road*******

This book is very good! The author revisited the tea area, visited tea farmers and tea people, and wrote down his decades of experience in tea inquiry into the book. I particularly like how the book uses the thinking and perspective of a science student to analyze the nature and origin of the six major tea categories. It feels very novel. Moreover, the pictures in this book are also very beautiful and correspond to the text, making it easy to read. It reminds me of the book "The Classic of Tea". They are all books about tea knowledge, but "The Endless Tea Road" is more like a modern version of the "Tea Classic", which is more popular and easy to understand. I think this book is a book worth reading for those who like tea or want to understand tea.

It would be nice to update more skill-based books, such as tea-making skills...
