This book comprehensively and systematically reveals the application of psychology in eloquence skills, such as how to praise others without being flattery; how to reject others without being at odds with them; how to say difficult things and deal with embarrassing situations; how to impress others and get them to do what you say; how to speak into the hearts of others.

The psychology and eloquence skills mentioned in this book are very practical! As the book says, the first impression is very important. A friend of mine went for an interview, but because he left a bad first impression on the interviewer, he missed the job opportunity. If he had read this book earlier, maybe this would not be the case. And I really like the content in the book about how to impress others. I find it very inspiring. All in all, this is a book well worth reading!
