Divine Punishment of Thunder

Lightning is the righteous force of heaven and earth, the bane of all evil and unclean things.

The heavenly punishment of lightning is mine to command. If you refuse to obey, you will be struck by its judgment...

What is heavenly punishment? And what is a god?

Does a god pass judgment on others? Or is there some unseen force guiding everything?

No. Neither. True heavenly punishment only came into being when he appeared in this world once more.
