I have read this book after watching the TV series. The author restructured the story of the Three Kingdoms, which is very thoughtful. However, maybe because of my personal preconceptions about the Romance of the Three Kingdoms and the characters of the Three Kingdoms, many parts made me feel unreasonable, because I think the identity of the protagonist, the Emperor of the Han Dynasty, does not count.
